 It doesn’t matter if you’re a brand new start-up or a high-turnover SME; St Peter’s provides an impressive range of amenities that works for every type of team.

Beautifully modern offices cover all three floors of the building, providing your team with the perfect environment to work and develop new ideas, whether it be in your office, one of our breakout spaces or our boardroom, suitable for 12 people (not to mention – it comes equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing technology, meaning you can host remote and in-person meetings with ease). Our range of floor plans allows you to experiment and find out what works for you. And – all of our suites are fitted with high-speed broadband capabilities as standard, ready for you to plug in and not waste a minute getting started.

The Location

Situated in the heart of Bolton’s town centre, St Peter’s is just a short walk from shops, eateries, and the Bus and Train Station (with direct services to Manchester) is less than a 5-minute walk. It also has excellent links to major road networks such as the M61 and the A666.

What’s Included

Like all of our centres, an office suite at St Peter’s will come fully furnished with locally sourced furniture, meaning you don’t have to worry about that Ikea trip! Utility bills and rates are all inclusive, which is especially important with the cost of living crisis we have at the moment. A fully equipped kitchen, office cleaning, 10 free hours in the boardroom and gated parking are also inclusive in your monthly rental. And, to top it all off, a designated on-site centre manager (our lovely Samantha), will make sure everything runs smoothly in your move-in process and beyond!
