You may have heard the recent news that we have acquired the landmark building The Old Docks House at Preston Docks.

The historic Old Docks House can be found at the junction of Watery Lane and Port Way and is known for its art deco clocktower. The Old Docks House will be transformed into serviced office spaces for start-ups and growing businesses.
